The fact that the pred can clearly hear everything in the game chat is pretty broken and the reason why people use third party voice chat. No other PvP game allows you to hear the enemy using in-game voice chat.
I get it, is part of the “immersion” that the predator can hear you and you even have sound indicators while using it, but if it were to be part of the immersion… the predator is a fucking alien, it shouldn’t understand speech. So, IMO, it should be at least muffled or distorted so the predator can hear some sounds when you are using it, but not flat out understand every word you are saying.

I understand the whole alien thing. But the movies clearly show that the Preds are always watching and listening so it makes for the game chat to be made mandatory.

yes, but also the pred does not understand the language. so… like I said, it should be distorted or something. at least during the match. in the lobby is okay
though, tbh, most of the toxicity on this game is in the lobby, so I would just get rid of it fully and just make it an option on private matches.
even on private matches, most of the times whoever is playing pred mutes itself from the discord, because we consider it a disadvantage if the pred is hearing every word we say.

See its a disadvantaged to the ft but its am advantaged to the Predator and a very big one on that. Where it could potentially turn the tide of the match.
