so in a 4v1 game the moment advantage swings is when one member of the team is in a position where they cannot respond to the monster there are 3 ways this can happen
1they are not present
2 they are downed/dead
3 they are crowd controlled (net traps)

if a predator managed to down a character who either A:has a 9 second spot duration
Bdoes 30% more dmg to the predator C takes 30% less damage from the predator’s and has 180max hp (all real scenarios FT can do)

if the predator is not capable of forcing a kill here because the moment that person is downed they just spring up and the team immediately can switch attention to pushing the predator away the predator could not do anything to stop this besides down the medic first but even in that situation it’s possible the predator still lacks the ability to confirm that kill because of raw dmg output or the FT just crawls out of the way while the tank of the party (dutch/Dante/another support) just tanks the arrows so the FM get’s up and now if they downed the tank he is instantly up again ready to go

in your world where the hp is the problem this would happen
A is downed B (the medic) goes to rez the person because the timer to rez someone with just dextrous is 2.6seconds the downed person dies cause bow firerate is faster than the speed at which you could pick them up at all times as a bow fire’d at it’s fastest kills a FT downed in 1.6seconds even if the rez hp was increase to be +100 hp no one would ever be rez’d

now you might say is it ok for the predator to always kill downed players? using the bow method

idk that’s a question on whether or not FT should have the dps to kill a predator in 1.5 seconds which prevents QC’s cause as long as they can the bow will always be used if we make the bow fire slower then guess what happens? people use nets now to stop revives or BT’s and then predators always lose as long as FT are together

the Revive time and the hp could both be problems however the revive time is what makes FM oppressively circumvent Predator strategies

are you sure? because this tells me HP never matters here as no one without FM rez timer would ever stand up
so if we nerfed the rez timer every down will result in a kill

if we nerf the hp but don’t nerf the rez timer nothing changes

cause in my world if someone is downed you have to take them out asap so the FT has less people =less damage and less resources

No increased health means instant down after being picked back up. On combi throw a swipe with the sickle or elder sword is an instant down. Doesn’t matter if one player is up in a second if they downed the next second

Yeah and death also starts the reinforcement timer. So the longer the hs to wait to die the longer I have time to deal with the other three

but then your downing a dude again and dying for it or losing 30%hp because your position is given away so you move they pop syrette back to square one nothing changes

and they either waste a reinforce on one dude or the delay reinforce to finish a mission and you kill the remaining players as they now domino after each other

So why is everyone focusing on the medic when that is not even the point of the op? Like tunnel vision muxh?
