How can u expect matchmaking fixes in new patch? There’s literally nothing to fix, everyone just wants to play Predator and there’s nothing Illfonic can do about it.

I mean, Dutch is obviously a welcome DLC. But paying for that? Or even worse, get 2 damn tapes as a free DLC? It’s like they’re thinking “I told you would get a free DLC, just didn’t say what was going to be…”, like a smart ass would do.
What about Predator? Not even a new color for his dreads? Haha, seriously, SO disappointed. If at least the game was going really well and had more people feeling pleased than frustraded, it would be “ok”. But that’s not the reality. At least, not for now.

Oh man, you are so, SO wrong. It’s fucked up for everyone. For some people and depending on which continent you live, yes, you can still play cool even waiting several minutes for that. You also cannot trust on the estimated time, not at all. But for most people, you won’t be able to play even when you got into a lobby and there’s a few reasons for this: you will be on a empty lobby, maybe you will join in one with 1-3 more people, but rarely more people will join after you are putted on a lobby 'cause it seems the game understands that are “good to go” and your lobby isn’t on the queue list anymore.
So, after waiting for 5-15 mins to play as Predator, if any of this situations come across, you will have to restart all over again and pray to have a better luck on the next call. Sometimes, you won’t be putted in any lobby at all.
It happens also with FT, not only for Predators, to be on a non completed lobby, same issues I listed above. It just takes less time to try. But the chances for all of that happens still the same.

Ur right about those estimated queue times, but like yesterday I played 15 games as Predator and probably only like 2 times I was alone in lobby. There’s very small chance that ur gonna be alone in lobby. And as FT I’ve never been in queue for longer than 30 seconds.

Sure bro, I really got your point. As I said, it’s not that bad for every single player, but for most of us. Sometimes I watch a few streamers and they always got into full lobbies, ALWAYS. In the worst case, with 3 FT’s. But still, 3x1 can turns out in a good game, if playing accordly. But going against 1-2… it’s not.
I believe you had so many matches as Predator, luckly you are on a region that the game works better. But I’m surely not the only one with the matchmaking issue… just see around the forum, it’s terrible. >.<
When I started playing it, I always got games with 2 FT’s and it was annoying af, but right now finding games is literally dream compared to what it was for me. I almost always get 4 FT’s. Anyway, I hope they’ll somehow fix it in ur region.

Me too dude, me too. I’m such a big fan of the Predator’s franchise and it was really looking forward for this game.
I’m sure they will fix it eventually since I came across some people that played F13 and it had the same issues that this game.

I can understand you, but you have to be patient, believe me. You can argue about the DLC, but there will also be a free update with new game modes and new weapons and costumes. If the new game mode is out, the number of players will be divided into 2, so the queue times will be reduced and the problem will have solved itself. I also firmly believe that we can expect a patch before May 26th.
How do you explain a new game mode will half the waiting time? half the amount of players could and in my opinion also will lead to longer wait times for each mode. Because right now i have also quite high wating times as FT Guy.

I can’t imagine what will happen with match searching if new modes appear. If now there are big problems with one single mode. It is logical to conclude that the more modes the more you have to wait for the match search, because this will divide the existing number of players. If you don’t solve the problem with finding games, then this will be a very big problem.

I think the modes will be selected random in matchmaking
get to 35 mins or even a hour almost ever match now
Though as of recent even as fireteam I get put into some mostly empty lobbies even some that just need the pred, there is something strange happening that previously wasn’t but like you said with enough patience I’ve been still having some fun making the best of it at the moment
