Well clearly I would be at the top of the leaderboard because well I’m just the epitome of greatness but it’d be cool to see who the second best is.

This post is quite literally just done because there is a discord server where the (likeminded) PC players and some console players (as i am also part of that server and played a few games with them) where they seek to try and eeek out peak performance and they often play against each other cause lets be frank most randoms fail at doing basic tasks like looking in the right direction and it’s easier to ping people from discord to get matches than it is to sit in the matchmaker

The only reason it’s PC and not PS4 players is cause of lack of them in the server and how difficult it is to arrange games between them after all i know one of them wanted to try playing some games against the best PS4 had to offer and from my understanding it didn’t happen

i’m fairly confident that there are only like 4 PS4 players total on that server and i’m one of them

Sometimes i’m sure but tbf i’ve only ever seen 2 of them randomly ever

Come in pc discord and you will find plenty of challanges

Ya I was a discord server and it was non stop shit talk.
Which is another reason I stay away and so do others.

I’m move of an average gamer.

In the sense, I don’t actively seek challenges, but do consider myself to be decent enough to hang with some of the better players.

Would prefer to keep the group of folks I play with nameless and performances in the jungle can speak for themselves :)

Is this “ranking” based on private matches and taking random challengers?

Imo doing quickplay and feeling out a match, instead of setting up a game, expecting it to be hard, is a much better test of how good you are at this game.

Imo.

Playing competitively in other games in the past has made me despise players needing to “prove” they are the best.

Be bumble and have fun is my moto with games these days :)

I would assume that it is based on this persons opinion facing these players in private matches and potentially randomly in quick play as well since the player base is small enough on PC that they probably could face all of these players multiple times in a month as long as there all queing in peak hours

I honestly don’t think there’s a difference in gameplay between PC and Console players. The vast majority, both FT and Predator suck big time. Playing with crossplay on or off makes no difference to me except on queue times. What I can say is that the best players on the game play on PC. K&M is superior for aiming and the hardware just makes the game smoother which improves accuracy vastly and that’s probably the only reason why the best players play on that platform. You can be as good as you can, but the performance and aiming on console will limit your skills.

But really, most players are potatoes, independently of the platform.

I’m not saying you can’t be great on console

I’m saying you can’t compare because a computer gives you a greater advantage (on this game) than in console playing. Doesn’t matter how good you are. The hardware limitations will limit your skill
