Ya ya i got them im ready to OC + CONFIG my 2080ti once friend sends me…

But the issue ur having is connected either with the game servers or your router isnt accepting the port for the game like the IP port n shit…

Start by disabling your Windows Firewall, if it stops happening, you know what the problem is.
If it keeps happening, disable your router firewall, if it stops happening, you know where the problem is.

Connectivity issues have nothing to do with your hardware or the game itself and is either an OS or Router problem.

Simple dns changes can boost your speed aswell. It worked for me .
