If I remember correctly in one of the descriptions for Samurai, it said humans saw it and copied him.

For Viking. Many cultures around the world made axe like weapons and covers themselves up in cold environments. He was also challenged by many warriors, so he was well known.

Every predator that sticks around will get a name for itself and possibly people will mimic them in some capacity, definitely so for impressionable cultures.

That’s how myths and legends are born. Someone sees something, they tell people rumors spread, and are expanded upon until the original is unrecognizable

Still makes no sense - samurai armour evolved over centuries so did the katana sword, mostly from China weaponry. There are detailed records of it - its not like some Japanese saw something and made the armour to look like it - it evolved gradually through out history to look like it looks today – and how, some freaking way, looks on samurai predator

Same goes for all Nordic warriors, so again - samurai and Viking pred makes absolutely 0 sense. The fact those two DLCs were released just before two main AAA games with the same theme makes perfect sense - cash grabs

I’m not saying hate them, no! Like them if you want, but just remember that is fan fiction (the worst kind in fact, cash grab) not actual lore

Yep, and I personally don’t care.

Illfonic made Trophies from those time periods, so I can only believe that we ARE going to get more historical Predators added to this game. I don’t know when or in what order they will be released but rest assured that they are coming

I just hope they are also as awesome as the Predators we currently have as playable characters

There is a difference between in-game lore and actual history. Yes we slowly developed the technology to make perfect weapons of war, but in-game lore it could have been inspired by some extraterrestrial life-form

LATEST UPDATE

Just a quick update.
For anyone wanting to keep track on the events.
The GOOD news is,

We Finished the Beta version of the game.
The BAD news,

In order for you guys to play it (so we have found out), you’d need to download a program just to play the game.
This is a big NO in our teams goal.

We are scrapping the program and working fast to find a new one in its place.
Keeping the original plans, with a more easy access link.

But hey least we learned allot.
Ya’ know about coding that we couldn’t use anyways.
Not like staying up 2 nights at 3:00am, doing this all day was worth it.
