I mean for people like me that are huge fans of the Predator series I hadn’t even heard of this game until after it came out. Their marketing was horrible. I’m looking at new games all the time and I’d never seen anything about this. I would have most definitely pre-ordered it but like I said, I had no idea it existed.

No your ignorant im saying people get what they pay for, which means reguardless you paid this month or last year if you paid £34.99 to get an 87 skin so should anyone else that paid £34.99 for the game simple as that why should you get it because you paid first erh you dont play it until everyone else does, its not hard to understand is it!

I’m gonna call bullshit. People literally live on their phones nowadays, how hard would it have been to get off Twitter or Facebook for 5 minutes and throw it in the cart at Amazon, GameStop, or Walmart. FFS, it didn’t even take me 5 minutes.
To those of you that didn’t know the game was coming out. I do feel for you, there was not that much marketing done but online ads, guess you might not want to skip those anymore.
Exclusive generally means exclusive, and it probably won’t be released. I could generally care less if they release it or not. If you guys get it congrats, if not…better luck next time. But I’d be hard pressed for people to show me more than a handful of games that rerelease exclusive pre-ordered content. That is all.

They specifically make pre order content for people who pre order the game to show their support for the game this is just like the savini situation I don’t get why that’s hard to understand plus it’s just a skin it’s not some special class like savini jason was and you can’t even change the body on it only the helmet and the helmet is unlockable through lockers it’s just rare because it’s one of the few mythics in the game
No, no they haven’t your just pissed that you don’t have Jungle Hunter ‘87 and Ole Painless skins because you didn’t make the effort to be an early adopter and pre-order. Tons of games use exclusive pre-order content to lure in extra customers that’s never released again.
For instance, I missed Sea of Thieves pre-order because I was going to get Game Pass. Changed my mind, missed out on Black Dog set, but instead of bitching about it — I went to internet looked up secondary market values and fucking purchased it on EBay for $20. The game’s going on 3yrs old and guess what it’s never been released.

The only game of the lot that later offered pre-order content was Spider-Man, if you bought Deluxe Game of the Year Edition. The rest, to my knowledge never re-offered pre-order content after the fact.
The very existence of pre-ordering is for game developers/distributors to generate hype around their product before launch, entice early adopters to purchase the game, estimate and forecast production numbers for distribution based on sales projections.
To offer pre-order content to non pre-order customers is a slap in the face to the customers that invested in their product early — which helped the @IllFonic business and marketing efforts.

So you saying people that buy it on the day of release aint showing any support lol its a bullshit marketing stunt that will back fire cause trust is out the window lol from many people that didnt get what they paid for, a predator game based on the 87 movie but no 87 predator lol this was my first illfonic purchase and will be my very last, their marketing is bad because they reward people that pay the same price as the people that dont get rewarded!!!. at the time predator hunting grounds only had a 2 day Trial/beta which lets be fair here looked like shit. so its about trusting that they would make the game good i trusted them and paided for it and i got it. you didnt or couldnt either way doesnt matter you missed out and i got it you didnt.

Whats that got to do with denying predator fans an 87 skin in a game that was promised being based on the 87 movie donut and if your talking about promoting then you know full well lieing about invite crossplay wasnt a good way about it was it dip shit, lol.
My issue is they will eventually release it.
They will need the money.
My issue is what are they going to do for DELUXE OWNERS and preorder people as incentive to feel like they have something unique in the game…

It’s their own story within the predator universe and there was plenty of time after the beta to pre order sony even had it as a featured game in their store during that time and like everyone else has said exclusive pre order content is exactly that along with the fact most of the people like me who enjoyed the beta pre ordered it the only people who should be upset because they didn’t get a cosmetic skin is the people that pre ordered the game and is donut supposed to be an insult of some kind because it’s not a very good one lol
No PS4, I preordered from ebgames (Canada’s version of GameStop).
Contacted them that I didn’t get my code twice, and they didn’t respond at all, which I am assuming they were out of codes
