I figure it’s more of a joke but given his inexplicable popularity the Borg or lost Predator would be an ideal watermelon.
Neca even went as far as to give him some more stuff so he would come with a plasmacaster. That does question where his wristblades are but you could always just retain the animation and he’s using his claws, or maybe the wristblade forms like an energy blade or something.
And with two variations of the outfit he’d have his own “master” costume finally taking advantage of the armor styles. You also wouldn’t have to give him a new weapon either, instead his sword could be a variant of the katana. Or more likely they’d go with the armored look but either way the community gets a new Predator and a watermelon.
