Yeah that does seem to be the case.

I agree they need to do something to make matches a bit longer. Makes the whole system of passing the pred on feel a bit weird because it doesn’t happen often because of how fast matches go by.

So far only a clash map on the new map and a solo predator run through to check it out. So I can’t vote on that yet. The new mode has it’s flaws but is fun, a good primer for things that could be implemented. I like it for a warm up or a “lemme get a quick game in” situation

The new map is a little to haphazard. You got typical jungle, typical camp, and that glorified water trap for the pred. I did get a huge kick out of falling in the giant chasm.

The new game mode is entertaining the first run. However opposing the Predator fight club I decided would be fun (each team get enough score to spawn a pred and you circle up so they can Duke out.), but the preds just 'clash’ing is bad. They should at least parry simultaneous swings. They just cuddle, flail, and one folds like a lawn chair. Not the best.

Honestly a night map, with rain, in the city, and geared for fireteam would rock.

I didn’t mind the new mode, I still enjoy Hunt more, but there is something awfuly cool about two Predators jumping around trading shots and duking it out that should be carried to a new mode.

But aside from that, I the new map it’s very cool and unique when compared to others, hope they make any future map as unique as this one, and maybe adding unique things to it too, like fog, rain, etc.

i dont understand the argument here its like you guys think if a game is made where your in First person and you have a gun and your playing with people that ALSO have guns and play in first person that sundenly its ripping off cod… im lost on that train of thought, thats like me saying any third person video game made is ripping off splinter cell.

Depends, I think the somewhat people are kinda saying it’s fine, just not what they wanted. I’m ok with 45%, means Hunt should stay the focus.

Should have asked Lazy to put Hunt on the poll, in hindsight.

i agree i dont know IMO its a nice change of pace to the game, reminds me of what BO1 did with zombies if you wanted the hard core stress full gameplay of zombies you had map 5 and kino but if you just wanted to chill out and play something with your buds dead ops arcade was a thing you could play too. thats what i think clash is just a fun Zero fucks given mode

How people feel about Hunt Mode. Yes, somewhat, or no.

I wasn’t really thinking when we talked, it was late. This poll has been useful but I think know what people think of Hunt could start a conversation about it.

From a Players prospective, I agree. I think it’s stressful but also stress relieving too. It doesn’t really matter, it lets you shift gears mentally and double down on being a better shooter. It’s a training mode and that’s great.
Edit. It also gives you a great shot at getting a cool Pred experience and that might lead to you trying that part of the game.

I think the devs get all kinds of info from the Pred on Pred stuff and can balance Hunt or another mode using what we do with this one. I think it helps make the game better. So a bit of disappointment is to be expected.

This game mode should have come out months ago. Its fun but its better for new players getting used to Pred
