Tbh most people donāt even know about those exploits, even I heard about it yesterday for the first time, although I main the Axe for over a year now when playing pred.
So donāt be so quick with such assumptions.

You used the axe even back when it was shit, so it wasnāt aimed at you.
I know it wasnāt aimed at me, Iām just saying that only a fraction of the players are aware of such exploits and not everyone necessarily uses it because itās bugged.
Rather because itās the current meta. :)
Many are aware of the bug at this point. Its just interesting something here:
Players complain about something in the game they think its unbalanced/broken whatever and yet they use it. Even against potatos. Not aimed at you.
People complain about things I do as predator when they are playing on a premade vs me, yet they do the same when they are pred and Iām alone with 3 potatos. Its interesting. And again its not aimed at you.
And Axe is far from meta, both me and thunder tried it vs each other in privates. I can assure you it didnt go well for the Predator, meta is still the same. Elder Stalker / smart disk / plasma with lens etc.

Also had a Premade like that two days ago. 2 Dantes Unleashed spammed Grenades like crazy, but raged and complained about me being sweaty after I got my 7 kills. Hahaha.
This game is in such a poor condition right nowā¦

Guess I better start grinding with the SAWZ lol. Iām just amazed with the amount of damage output. I had a match with Clutch and one of his buds recently, and Iām surprised I lasted as long as I did. I got my mask shot off too so I just chilled. It was just impossible to engage them from close to mid range, the damage was too much.

Yeah, start using the Sawz50, itās a game changer for sure. I use it all the time in pubs and wreck most predators.
Yeah, engaging them is very tricky. Based on my matches with them, I feel like plasma from long range is what you need to do against them. Then you have to find an opening and get someone down with the bow or combi.
Iāve used the SAWZ before, but I keep finding myself not good at it, and Iām wondering if thatās because Iām using a sensitivity thatās either too high or too low for it. Plus you have to be DIRECTLY on the target to hit. I guess I just need to practice more and get used to it.
Elder Stalker with ranged plasma and disc is the meta, that Iāve heard and seen. Its the only thing that can safely compete with the damage of a good FT.

Elder stalker with down range height advantage and protection staying in the trees plasma spamming is about your only chance.
I use default sensitivity and I do good with the Sawz50. You could try using the red dot sight too, it makes things a bit easier. Also yeah, practice is important.
I used the elder stalker in my last match with them and that didnāt seem to phase them either lol.
This is the match where I got really close to beating them, but I messed up at the reinforcements.

After watching these, I would suggest swapping adrenal boost with medic. Thereās too much time lost during normal healing, plus you have to jump farther away to compensate for that. With medic the time is reduced by half, so youāre able to re-engage faster, and you donāt have to jump as far (unless its a scout or they have double time they likely wonāt catch you if you distance yourself correctly). But otherwise good gameplay, and like others have said your mistakes werenāt really mistakes, youāre playing correctly, its the excessive damage that comes from all four popping you at once.
Yeah, Iāve been thinking about switching adrenal boost to medic. Itās just that Iām a predator that likes to jump around a lot so Iām hesitant to replace adrenal boost. Youāre right though, there is a lot of time being lost when I go to heal.
I know, and I main Hunter as well and it gets frustrating when you donāt have the stamina to jump at crucial moments. Same goes for Elder, his stamina is about the same or a bit less. But in the end, especially against premades, Iād rather have the choice to disengage, heal quick, and come back before they can either restock and heal or reinforce. Those few seconds can make a huge difference.

Bot-_-Foxtrot is the best Fireteam player Iāve ever faced. Heās my best mate on PlayStation lol. He puts even PC players to shame, the poor guy has been banned about 4 times for being too goodš¤£. The Bots and Apples are definitely the best PlayStation Fireteams, they are the most accurate shots, well organised tactics and everything. All of the individuals are S tier. Honestly I think the Bots and or Apples would give the likes of @Samhain13 and @Gesp tough matches.
