I had several exact situations like this. Never got killed or lost by a trash talker.
Most of them went silent after they got killed and some of them complained that the class they took was trash. (why did he took that class then if he knew it was trash?!) xD

And that is one of the good reasons people keep leaving games. You first need to wait for a long time for the reinforcements timer and then HOPE, HOPE that the guys are willing or even know how to reinforce.
FT que is less then 1:30, so why stay in the game?

Anyway, painful to watch that guy


I’ve listen to the video, I would not say its trash talking. He was just having sun fun. Its probably some casual just having a conversation before the game starts.

It was light hearted trash talk yeah. It’s still “call out” though. That’s why at the end everyone was laughing. He didn’t expect that kind of “answer”. It’s not like I was flat out mean to him or him mean.

I would not wait as predator if they disarm me just as well. Its boring and no point in waiting, more so when you don’t need the xp at the end.

I am just saying there is nothing that motivates people in staying if they die considering you wait more for a reinforce then to find another game. I always stay to the point I know they can’t reinforce me back but its damn annoying when people leave.

See that’s something it takes me a bit to wrap my head around. I’m not an overly competitive person usually but I am definitely competitive. You get me down in a match I’m sticking around for pay back. Plus it’s a team based game so, i don’t like the idea of abandoning a team.

I mean I get it yeah it’s quicker to quit and by the time you’re teammate is hitting the reinforcements (if able to) you’re already dropping in to the next match but, I didn’t buy the game to watch a loading screen when I’m not playing.

I’ll agree with you (for once) that reinforcements timer needs to be lowered. It doesn’t help the pred as much against aggressive premades or good teams and just hurts randoms and influences rage quiting but besides that this whole concept up quiting before reinforcements is BS and something should be done about it

As I said I don’t leave unless I am sure those guys can’t reinforce me back but I find so many people that die and then instantly rage-quit.

He was lucky you had the pistol and sniper. If you had an AR/LMG/SMG he would not even reach you. Running out in the open, shooting nets as you shoot at him, then again running in your direction, not even leaping to you. I have no clue what that guy was thinking.

Would that tactic not change if he was a class with lots of HP and impenetrable? I am thinking you could need 3, perhaps 4 sniper shoots?

Also, did you ever try to pistol him down when a competent predator was on you with the scythe or elder sword? Personally I never risk it even with the PDW-Z and just pull the knife out.
