I’ll keep trying now and then , I did take scope spammy advice and turn the sensitivity up and it did help some , i just need to actually commit to practicing it

That’s the unfortunate thing though, no matter how hard you practice, if you have slightly too high ping it becomes near useless. Your best option at that point is to do more up close tosses but that’s very risky. Ask @Savage3i3 how he does it.

Yeah y’all were showing me last time we played that throwing in predictable locations makes it tough . What I really need to do is do some privates and have these high level disc throwers explain what they do and why and when . Definitely was a learning experience with you and mello , hunter, Jason , xeno , mint , and sturmi showing through examples that I can’t throw from dumb locations or too close .it’s completely different than playing rando pubs

It’s a bit better if you throw a few audio decoys before throwing it, also make sure you know where the FT is so one doesn’t get the drop on you. Make sure to at least have a bit of cover before throwing to prevent someone like me who sprays everywhere from caching you off guard.
Another thing I might add would be to bait the FT by throwing it and then returning it after a second to try and make them waste grenades/flash bangs. I know that the second some hears it, one person will run (person who sees it coming at them), while the rest are either chasing or priming nades.
