After I got the knife glitch patched, the worst exploiters of it caesar, sneak attack, pressure and mimic spammed the entire excavation night map with them in retaliation. That’s the only time I’ve seen it that bad, beside your vid.

Regarding spotting.
In this video you can see how spotting can be broken when 4 players are spotting you constantly.
On top of that I had a tracker perk which extends the spotting duration.

I don’t think all 4 of them did the spotting.
Jelou and other PC player, probably. I doubt xbox and PS player did.
Also a single player can spot 3 times before he hits the cooldown for spotting, which isn’t really long.
I don’t know why but most controller players don’t even spot, like at all.
