I agree on this. Feral’s cloak is bugged and can be seen across the map. That’s Illfonic’s fault, it’s a bug on their side.
But this is not the case with other Predator classes as far as I know.
Inside of the 50 meters range from the Fireteam, the cloak is visible, not as clear as day but when the Predator is running, jumping, you can notice it.
About the high FPS/refresh rate.
Having 300+ frames with a high refresh rate monitor doesn’t make Predators cloak visible, in fact, it doesn’t changes the in game visuals at all.
The only thing that changes how the game’s visuals look is the graphic settings in the game, which you can change to whatever you like if you’re on PC.
On PS5 you have the option to remove the 60 FPS cap, which results in you having more that 60 FPS which results in smoother gameplay. It’s the same with PC, playing with more than 60 frames per second on a high refresh monitor, gives you smoother gameplay.
Shhh… he doesn’t know that for 4 years this game was so poorly optimized for PC that if you managed to get at least 60 fps constantly on an RTX 3090, it was a fucking miracle

Yeah that’s another thing I’d like to bring up. PC players can and still do alter their graphics. You see them admitting to it, and posting videos. We all know it happens. Illfonic claims it’s patched, but we still hear about and see it.
I asked them to plug in their ps5 and now they act like I’m the devil.

Anyone who doesn’t use the straw man fallacy. Unfortunately, I respond to them the least. They’re the least vocal and loud.
I haven’t touched this game in months but next month I can check if the Feral’s cloak is still visible across the map.
Other players who actively play this game can check that in the next 20 minutes if they want to.
But regardless of that, you haven’t played as Feral Pred against them. Exiled doesn’t have that bug, Scar also.
They claim Oni has that bug, but who else can verify? Who else knows about it? Who else has a setup able to distinguish on their behalf?
Correct me if I’m wrong, but Oni just came out. Devs patched a bunch of Oni bugs. You’d think if everyone noticed it, they would have patched that too, right? Since it’s a new DLC. These PC players see things you don’t. Not all of them; just the few who tweak things past the point of cheating.

It only takes two people in a private match to check that. One FT and one Pred.
If you take Oni and go above 50 meters away from me and if I still can see your cloak, then it’s bugged. If I can’t see Preds cloak above 50 meters, that means it’s fine.
My point was that everyone else cannot tell. These things show up for tweaked setups, whereas they see other hidden details. Then they try to pass these matches off as skill.
What is worse than cheating, is they’re lying about it. They’ve lied to all of you. The more I talk, the more you’ll see.
What is this based off of though, are you able to establish a point of how you play Fireteam

Well I can speak for myself and I can tell you that this game has more bugs than any other game I played.
It’s a fun game to play with friends from time to time but that’s about it.
There’s no point in stressing over a broken game that’s never going to be fixed.
The game was made by casuals for casuals.
If you wanna compete and play ranked mode and achieve some virtual titles and stuff, there are other games which are far better than this one.
The point is, if you’re having fun playing PHG, just enjoy your gameplay. This game isn’t worth stressing over it.

I just watched videos of FT to understand how they see and spot the predator.
I’m also paid to pick out bugs and vulnerabilities, but it’s really a hobby.
So you’re not finding predators based on your own experience? What FT videos?
