He sat back, somehow disappeared from their thermal, and watched the chaos. Even got the drop on one during that scene. God Id love to see a beefed up Royce in this game

Yh Royce is very underrated. People seem to just either overlook or downplay the showings of the characters in Predators (2010) for some reason. Royce likely just because he gets kinda overshadowed by Dutch being so iconic, and well honestly fuck knows with the Super Predators. Maybe they didn’t like seeing Crucified get killed by Mr Black or something ig. The movie & the characters within it get a lot of unwarranted hate for some reason. Frankly I think Predators (2010) is the best sequel & the only one that actually somewhat contends with the original in terms of enjoyability.
I like that there is a lot of tactical thinking in Predators (2010) too. There’s a lot more to the movie than people realise.
And yes absolutely Royce would be the best DLC they could give us for Fireteam frankly.

IMO, Predators is the best movie of the franchise. As much as I like the OG because, because well it was the first one, I have watched Predators far more times than I have watched the original. And I had the original on VHS all over the 90’s and DVD as soon as it came out on it, so

I personally do not consider anything over 100ms to be good. While playable, performance on gameplay is hindered significantly, even though a lot of players claim playing FT is “okay” with +100ms. For me, it isn’t. I guess my reaction time or premonition senses is not that great as others.
Honestly depending on my mood I could agree with you. They are extremely close in terms of enjoyment for me. If someone asked me 10 times to pick a Predator movie to watch between those two, it’d probably be a perfectly even split. I think the original is better critically speaking but I’d honestly argue Predators might edge out the original barely as far as entertainment value goes. They are so similar yet different in all the right ways in my book.
I really don’t understand all the hate for the movie.
One thing that Predators (2010) does better than any other movie in the franchise undoubtedly though for me is the soundtrack. That was pretty much perfection.
