Dude is like a 1 person echo-chamber. A single thought will resonate around in there, and come out completely deformed. I was perfectly nice to him in party chat. I even didn’t call him on the obv bs he was spouting until he went off the rails in the forum. It’s really not that hard to get along with me.

I really don’t think every PC player is cheating. The majority do not. I kill them so regularly I don’t consider them a threat when I see a new one.
Well, I am discovering new mechanics you guys haven’t found, and then some of you are claiming them as your own. Then you claim they’re exploits and I have to get proof from the devs they aren’t. So, what am I to think? Heh.

Rockets are cool, and although that last shot was clean, it somehow erased 99.9% of my health. Fuck you, iilfonic.
On the plus side, I did take out a glitcher, by glitching into the rock with him.

there isn’t really such thing as honor in this game anymore. that went out the window a long time ago
as for the pistol slam exploit, sam never claimed it as his own. in the beginning of his video, he states word for word: “it has come to my attention by observing other players…”
it’s an exploit. i can guarantee you that the guy answering your emails is just a representative and knows nothing about how this game works apart from the bare minimum

I did a once-over on his comments. He clearly claimed it, not that it really matters.
The people answering the emails are help desk reps. They forward and act as a mediator between the customers and the devs. They relay information. It’s based on a ticketing system, which I’m impressed they even use for an indie game.
help desk reps, dude. can you really trust them to provide the most accurate nitty-gritty details on a game, especially this one? i’d only be convinced if i talked to a developer themself

Like I said, that’s their job as the go-between. We aren’t going to speak to the devs anymore I’m willing to bet. The tickets get answered by them, and the customer rep condenses the reply.
I was already convinced it wasn’t an exploit since I started playing 3 months ago. It just made sense you could use those weapons after slamming. Wasn’t that big of a deal. It was a small part of my wins, and I didn’t have great accuracy back then. It also opens you up to a huge amount of damage if done wrong, or even right. It’s not a guaranteed win, and requires skill to pull it off. Nowadays I never use the pistol anymore, and the slams are accompanied by a smart disc; which is even harder.
