How does Dutch compare to another busted build like Assault Reckless, with bane + heavy hitter in knife damage?
i don’t get it. Not able to do wat? surely if you’re surprised then you don’t know the mechanics of how to play this game and what builds to use. And frankly the win with the knife on a pred that uses that stupid axe where there might be another FT player behind you shooting. You simply slapped him 2-4 times with accomanying bullets from your team and yes…no need to post that but i guess that was somewat entertaining.
dutch 87 has a passive class perk that boosts hipfire damage, and for whatever reason, the game classifies melee as a hip attack so dutch’s melee is automatically boosted whether you’re running damage boost specs or perks or not

I used to have the actual numbers from @SkooLBoY_SkePtiK’s stats guide but its been awhile. Its still on here if you want to look it up and get them yourself. But essentially Dutch 87 has the highest melee damage out of all the FT classes. One of his passives is increased hipfire damage, and like Yautja said for some fucked up reason the game registers melee attacks as hipfire. So if you take those two base values and stack Heavy Hitter, Yautja’s Bane and the Leader perk (Leader is bugged so you benefit from the 10% damage increase and its always on compared to Reckless or Fanatic), you’re looking at I believe a 60-70% damage buff for melee attacks alone. Couple that with the triple knife glitch, and you have the most broken build in the game imo. I have this exact build and its fucking stupid how fast Preds go second wind or die when they try and melee you, especially if they have a melee weakness like Berserker or low HP like that Exiled in my video. Speaking of I did not have Yautja’s Bane for that build, imagine how much faster he would have died if he did.

Dutch hipfire bonus is 15%
Heavy Hitter is 15%
Bane is 10%
Reckless/fanatic is 10%
Everything stacks so you have to multiply everything like this
1.15 * 1.15 * 1.1 * 1.1 = 1.600225
So roughly 60% bonus melee damage when running dutch 87 with any spec other than ambphibious or leader + bane + heavy hitter. LMAO
