Pred passive abilities. (poll)

I like the idea of all of them but if your saying that then the elder should get an extra resupply because its got more gear slots than the hunter on paper but in reality it is pretty much hunter but faster if you impenetrable on him. Which is possible.

i would say the elder and the 87 would both get the resupply.

Not to be a spoil sport but I think adding generic traits isn’t really the way to go. I’m not against them being more distinct but having what amounts to free perks isn’t as appealing as more things to equip to the various locations on the Pred.
Rather have things that are most beneficial for a specific class but that could be equipped on the other ones.

  • Dual Plasma Casters
  • Long Wrist blades
  • Shoulder (Possibly auto firing) or wrist mounted net gun
  • Shoulder perch for the recon bird or alien animal pets
    (Might write more about pets later in its own thread.)

the preds already have hidden traits. beserker increased melee damage, scoute increased energy regen ect. The issue is those traits are very lack luster and the fireteam has traits based on their classes that do special things as well.

I believe its only fair to do the same thing for the pred and make each class its own thing rather then only playing them based off how much health or stam or energy they got.

but if you don’t like my idea please vote that. i am not knocking your opinion or anything. just trying to get data so illfonic can see it and maybe we can see a change in the game. the stuff i have suggested isn’t hard to implement either. the mechanics are already there ingame in one form or the other.

I like that option but i think if you have duel that doesn’t mean you get more damage its split between the 2 of them for bigger splash damage and longer wrist blades would be gd likr super preds. There is alot to gain and alot left to the unknown atm the best way is to wait for the 30th and see what we get with the samurai predator can put my samurai sword trophy on him then haha :) i specially like perch for shoulder intergrated into armour or arm gauntlet. The falcon is supposed to be coming according to people on reddit and such places like that.

Its ok i always miss stuff off posts i usually just put in below haha. I like both ideas i think bigger aoe on slams for beserker but id like larger wrist gauntlet and other things like that implemented into the classes/customisation.

I didn’t vote for the top question cause I’m not against something being added, I’d just like it to be things we choose over a set thing.
Maybe I want a tough Scout or ranged Zerk. I want choices not passives. If enough people do want them they’re votes will show it,

Hunter’s is cool too, but I have a question about it. Does the passive give you more Net Gun or bow ammo or is it just the gear items and the Smart Disc?

technacly it would give you back netgun and bow ammo since its a resupply. you would still have the 30 cap and 15 cap.
but not sure if the resupply on the bow and net would be to much or not.

didn’t think I needed to explain. it says listed and they are listed below in the test and separated by class.

my suggestion for the passives actually doesn’t say anything about giving more melee damage to beserkers.

The only post were I said anything about extra melee damage was that beserkers already had a small boost to melee damage. Which last I checked they did. They used to have even more but it was nerfed.

So please show me were I said the beserker needs more cause if I did I will admit that I was wrong and he doesn’t need more currently. But nothing on this thread says he needs more.

and I just reviewed the patch notes. they state exactly this

Classes

  • Berserker
    • Reduced passive melee damage

that means they reduced it not removed it. so they still do have a bonus to melee damage.

since you admit you are wrong what do you expect still… reduced melee but still has bonus damage…you mean fearless ? fearless probably %10 - reduce probably %10 so with fearless you still stand as like untouched (so no bonus actually) but without it…its so simple to understand what i meant…berzerker because of crying babies reduced over n over… so there is no increased damage…and for you last thing i can say is stamina and movement speed second bar got %75 reduce… they just know how ruin everything nothing else…

I didn’t admit I was wrong and even proved I was right. my post says nothing about increasing the beserkers melee damage and the patches say they reduced his current passive increase to melee damage. not removed.
