Youāre on PC, correct? Instead of writing a dissertation about why you hate losing, maybe you should ask for advice or play with the top pred players who can win even against the best FT teams.
Every time when weāre 4 stack and see any of those top pred players, we know it could go either way.
But you guys keep claiming that the ft needs no skills blah blah blahā¦there are potato ft teams that youāre gonna beat easy, and there are skilled ft teams that are gonna win against you every single time.
And the end of the day if there are pred players that can defeat any ft out there, so can you, itās possibleā¦so, yea it is GET GUD! whether you like it or not.
in one of the comics it was shown to heat up the preddie when it got too cold, activated by the wrist computer

No, I totally get it.
If this game was realistic there would be no game.
And I totally get why the balance is the way it is, exactly for the reasons you mentioned.
The problem now is that the game in its current balance is rarely enjoyable for the predator,
because its something like 50% playing against randoms that are still learning the game (not fun), 25% playing against a fairly challenging team (fun!) and 25% shouting āWHAT THE FUCK?!!ā for about 8 mins playing against a deathsquad that seems to be more predator like than the predator itself!

As far as I know yes its for cloaking. But i havent read much of the lore. Also dont take what I write here too literally! lol
I didnāt claim that it takes no skill for the FT though.
I am mostly commenting on the current balance of the game that is designed solely around helping potato teams and how it makes the game for the predator insanely hard against premade teams that could kill the predator even without all these gadgets and perks PRECISELY because they are skilled.
But hanging bells,whistles and lights to the predator to make him easier to track for the potatos, feels unfair when playing against premades and its a bit non-sensical given the essense of the character of the Predator that is supposed to be a stealthy hunter.

Yep. Spot on. Thatās why Iām playing FT more lately and trying to solo hunt the pred. Itās actually quite fun. Hurts my soul a little though.

At least with premades you still know that there is ceiling.
chucking spears and stabbing stuff with space metal for the most part which is pretty irrelevant when your enemy is making proper guns out of your caster tech.
Only thing technological id really put up there is hands-free caster, cloak, and smart disc. And disc is still just another peice of metal.
Bow instead of speargun was a mistake.
Pigs are fine and FT should be able to contest them otherwise guaranteed free heals would be broken.
Has to be an element of risk in not using medkit.
People just need to get into the habit of not waiting until the last second to find pigs when fleeing the FT. expecting to run across the map for a pig 100% of the time would have no counterplay so its fine that they usually only spawn near the FT. They shouldnt be free heals, thats what the medkit is for. Pigs are a luxury as a result of you managing to stall an FT in an area for the most part.
I think FT getting access to all weapons across all classes was a mistake. More things should be class-locked for balancing sake but atleast we have class-locked specializations now. Iām not sure why FT can hear pred thermal. Correct in there being too many second chances in this game, FT syringe in itself is basically a pocket lifebar. The game just turns into a race of trying to deplete eachotherās heals (or FT coordinated nuke on the pred player - hitscan snipers while pred has insane bulletdrop on everything and no tangible reward for headshots because lol), its very artifical and terrible but still better than DBD hook farming.

Its thermal netting or something to regulate their body tempature.
Dressing for the weather.
You dont see the supers wearing it but they were in their home environment or theyre just a better adapted subspecies idk.
All good and true points, all could have been avoided under different development

this has been stated since rteleaseā¦ especially with a suppt able to pick u up in mere secondsā¦ one ft member can have close to same hp as predatorā¦ and they wonder why preds want to end game soon as possibleā¦ the longer it goes the more the game is in FT favor.
This game design creates a smash all or lose all game where no side can claim anything unless a team is dead. Even if pred kills 6 and one gets awayā¦ its a predator loss.

I agree with what you are saying about the pigs. My main problem with that system is that, sure FT members have their own sounds to alert the pred that they are healing when they find a medkit (āPatching upā, āGet stitched upā) but I think its not guearanted to play everytime while when the pred kills a boar it squeals as you kill it and then a 2nd time as you gut it. Plus you can cancel healing from a medkit as the FT, but you cannot cancel eating a boar for whatever reason.
And yeah technologically speaking FT right now is far superior to a Pred. Going invisible is a nice party trick, but it can take you only so far. The only thing is the leaping ability which also can turn into a disadvantage when playing with deadly snipers!
