I pre-ordered the standard edition on PS Store and it came with the 87 skin. It didn’t cost anything extra.

An honest look on both sides shows entitlement. The people who did the preorder believe they are entitled to their exclusive reward, and the people who want it believe they are entitled to the skin because they want it.
Personally, I prefer that Illfonic would honour their word. I can’t think of a company that you’d actively want to lie to their customers. This also means that those that did preorder it but didn’t get it, should. I expect their word to be honoured.
