Riddle me this oh Furry one: Why would an alien race that predominantly sees in the thermal spectrum, and not our ‘optical’ spectrum, bother to paint things in ‘colors’!
That’s why in the movies all the armor is in natural metallic finishes!
They’re not something I’d likely bother with. I don’t even use the vocal wheel on Pred as I customized my controls for easier weapon selection and had to sacrifice the button to use them for a more useful purpose.
That said, I am aware that young, naive whippersnappers like yourself tend to enjoy them. I think if they’re kept in line with the general feel and mood of the films, then it shouldn’t break the immersion and atmosphere of the game. FT emotes would need to be reflective of things Dutch’s team might have done - for instance, you could have:
• Billy’s Laugh
• Mac shaving with Razor
• Blaine chewing and offering Tobacco
and then perhaps some more generic, gungho gesturing, but definitely no fucked up Fortnite dancing shit!
As for the Pred’s, well he already has the ‘end battle roar pose’, but on top of that:
• The already mentioned, using laser sight to heat up wrist blades
• Similarly, the removal of the mask (with the deliberate, slow finger motions), though I think the emote would need to have him put it back on again quickly or it’s just going to cause game mechanic issues.
• Stroking a skull admiringly
• ‘Pred 2 building pose’ - holding aloft combistick (or other equipped melee weapon)
• Doing some random button pressing on the wrist computer
I certainly don’t want to see a Pred doing Bruce Lee impressions with nunchucks though - that’s goofy as fuck.
Hang on, wouldn’t it make sense tho?
Since it’s a mythical throphy, what if the pred is merely imitating who he killed for it?

I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!! I’D love to just wipe a team and instead of doing my mandatory winner’s roar at the end before the match ends, I’d live to do an emote were my Huntress pulls up a hollow image of her homeworld, or where she takes her helmet off and nods as a sign of respect.
Hell, I like the winner emote from the AVP movie where that flash back ancient hunter held the xeno skull on its spear in the air, roared while shaking its dreads and beating its chest
I need not just a vocal wheel lol but an emote one. Smth not too dissimilar to what Overwatch has. An emote and vocal line wheel would be cool little things to add.

I just think that the Predator as a character is alittle dull, but his gameplay is flawless. Giving the Predator unique animation emotes would be able flesh out the character you might be facing or becoming wether it’s Honorable or Bad Blood
New ending cinematics should also be added. After a win it’d be nice if they alternate or you could choose.
The basic one as default option with others being like; You’re in the ship with your back turned, you set the skull down on a mantle before walking off screen and the camera focuses on your skull before it goes to the end of mission statistics and all that.
Another cool one could be where you’re sat in a tree, back up against it with a leg dangling off as you’re holding the skull up to your face (Hamlet style)
It’s neat
I actually like both ideas, it would be awesome to see different outros or intros to the game. I’d like to see the Predator walking away with 4 skulls and spines into the jungle to disappear with his cloak.

For that rumored two/three predator mode, the intro could start with the camera at the ground and three pairs of feet walk by and then he camera lifts up and pulls back to view the three hunters’ backs before it quickly switches to the three of them looking around for a moment and then you start.
When it ends it could show them slowly walking away and then cloaking before all three of them roar.
