I don’t even know what they’d tell us. Situation is fucked across the board since everyone’s shit stops.

If it’s a matter of getting a deal with the Thomas brothers then they and Sony need to negotiate with them which will take time and money spent on the new license. Given Illfonic has been through this twice now they might figure out a way to do something but I doubt they’d support the game after this. The Thomas brothers basically fucked the entire franchise with this move. Worst yet that this is going to air some bad blood with Sony since they’re the game’s publishers and have been fairly active about promoting it. This is just one giant clusterfuck.

See if it was being bidded on by paramount pictures we would be like,…hmm what next. but since its going to these guys…people will find it more perplexing as its just two joes at a coffee table suing and they’re suing to stop everything Disney has in the works (as per what i read). Just disney though.
Disney is not 20 Century. They may be high on the food chain but what they have ‘in the works’ isn’t much. and wtf does ‘in the works’ mean? PHG is already out in stores.

The script for the new movie is the only thing i see getting tangled in this web.
