Energy drinks are probably bad for you as well. Ginger shake is probably good

There is one gal at work who drinks a lot of energy drinks. She’s jittery all the time and she seems to be irritated more easily. But maybe that’s her personality.

The Hawaiian ones have a kick to them. Give them a try if you have them!

I drink them all the time, and I’m not jittery. I’m always irritable but that was waaaaay before energy drinks. Literally built different

I guess it’s ok. I use one person statistics to generalize way to often. Now I have two person statistic that contradicts each other.
