Bruh, players in Star Wars The Old Republic MMO has been saying “the game is dying” and “the game is dead” since 2011.

SW:TOR is almost 10 years old now and it’s still going.
Don’t listen to doomsayers and just "keep doin’ whatcha doin’ "

That’s not comparable bro its the old republic its a god tier game. And also its an mmo this last way longer. The only hope of this lasting long is if the hotfix are done, balance is done, and keep everything working no bugs. Then we’ll be set to have a long living game

Why does jason have to look like a mutant ready to do battle with monsters…yet he’s killing teens whom probably would accidently kill themselves by mistake. Does he really need spiked shoulder pads?

It’s a shit tier game, trust me, I’ve been playing it for 6 years.

There are bugs dating from 2011 that are not and probably never gonna be fixed. BioWare and EA are just milking ppl thro subscription and their space barbie cash shop. They give zero fucks about the actual game and content.

The last exp was in 2015 and at the end of 2019 we got a 30 minutes long “expansion” and that was it. 4 years waiting with zero content.

WoW is the MMO, SWTOR is just a cash cow for BW and EA to milk it.

I wouldn’t say the game is dying, but being a UX/Service Designer myself, it doesn’t look like Illfonic does much to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
As a “Veteran” since March, the last two months feel like more and more experienced players are leaving, while new players come in masses and leave after a short amount of time.
