i wouldnt be shocked if they cant do that think about it city hunter is a Licence character
So is Jungle Hunter and Gray back - you can still change their dredlocks and masks. Prette sure they can ship him in his original movie accurate form and allow any customization they want on top of that. Though, I’m no lawyer and now jack shit regarding licensing rights…

I’ve only just realized that I have opened two threads on feedback forum a week ago – this one, asking for us to be able to change his look and customize the shit out of him and another one, pointing out some details that are not movie accurate and requesting to make all of them 100% movie accurate so his look is original and intact…
