REMOVE SELF REVIVE

The whole point of 2nd wind is that you are so close to death that your entire being is telling you to run and heal. Also your armor is trying to keep you alive by Cauterizing the bullet holes and such. So you being defenseless has a reason. Now while you dont have 2nd wind I think there needs to be some sort if buff that goes along with not having it like increased melee speed and damage resistant or something like that

in my opinion cooldown of second wind shouldnt be so long like its now

Its used to be longer. Its like a min and a half with out the perk. It used to be 7 mins

And now they decided to reduce the gear cost of the self revive down to 4. Like seriously who’s the idiot that made that decision.
