I do think this is a public forums so I will keep posting here. If you don’t like to read what I type here, you can always just not read it.
You don’t get to decide what other people’s kids should be playing. If the parents believe its ok, then I don’t see why you should not allow them to do so.
Here’s the deal, coming from someone who switches play from both controller and mouse and keyboard.
Mouse is aim god tier, keyboard for movement is trash. Even if you set custom bindings to your preference. Movement, WASD, crouch, sprint, reload, weapon switch, etc. is far easier on a controller than on a keyboard. Getting out of the net is 1000 times easier on a controller than it is on a keyboard. Playing with a controller is superior in every aspect except aiming, which can be solved easily if the developers expand hit boxes for console players.
That being said, the only real advantage of PC is FPS, which has a real impact on landing your shots correctly. Sadly, this game performance is trash. Even on PC on decent hardware (i7, 1070 Ti) I have to lower my graphics settings if I want constant 60 FPS. On PS4 you are lucky if you get 30 FPS.
In the end, there’s a crossplay off option. Anyone can use it if they feel they are at a disadvantage or advantage. I turn it off always unless I’m playing with randoms.
And whenever I play pred, I always use a controller. Third person with a mouse and keyboard feels awkward to me.
If parents believe drinking alcohol is okay, they should be able to do so, right?
Well… it doesn’t work like that.

Huh? Movement is very easy with K&M, I use controller on my PS4 (obviously). Take your net problem. I have a macro on my mouse and its damn easy to get out. I just smash that button on my mouse. I have no idea how you can even say its superior in every way, you’re probably not good with the M&K dude, don’t use macros. Do you even have a gaming M&K? Mine are like more then half the price of the PS4 (both of them combined). I would say MK is superior in movement (unless you’re playing something like a fighting game).
How many PS4 even have good headsets? Mine is like 70% of the PS4 price… Those make a HUGE difference. Ultra wide screen that is like 2 and a half the price of a PS4. I have a huge field of view. There is a LOT more then just frame rate. People that game on PC usually can afford more expensive stuff, console players are usually the casuals.
If you play pred with controller you’re overreliance on melee, find a good PC squad and you melt. There is no way you can do the constantly leaping and using the pistol with the controller.
If 3rd person feels weird with MK is obvious you don’t have enough experience in using them.
PS. Drinking for kids is fine if its very little, I am not in american, I am from Eastern Europe. What kids need is a stable family with both parents there. Gaming is fine even with scary monsters. Then again you could have problems putting them to bed. But this game sure as hell is not scary… LIKE AT ALL.

Chill your pants man, it does not work to instantly get out of nets(they fixed that one for some time now). I just set the F key on my mouse button. I fail to see how this anything like cheating.

PS. No, I am no pro player, not even close. Most games I play, I play for fun. I am not a competitive player. On the other hand I do have good gear (enough money to buy them). If you noticed nowhere have I bragged about MY SKILL LEVEL, I was just posting what gear I have (gear=/=skill) and that I find M&k at least as efficient as controller for movement. Also how most PS players probably have nothing close to what PC players do.
I said most PS players are casuals. On PC you’re going to find far less casuals.

I assume you’re on PS. Using macros for PC is a normal thing. No idea what you’re talking about.
Even when people could instantly bust out of nets because of macros and its the fault of the devs and how bad they are at what they do. Macros come with every type of gaming peripheral you buy IN the software provided by the company. Hell, my keyboard has some 16 macro buttons. You don’t download any fishy software from the net. Its like software provided by PS on console.
Its like somebody going to a race with a family car and them complaining someone showing up with a ferrari is cheating.
If that is the reason they don’t want to play with PC players… Its ridiculous but its their choice.
Nop buddy, I play only on PC. Your comparison with the cars doesn’t make any sense when it comes about games. You buy a stronger car if you have enough money, that’s it. And talking about our advantages while playing against PS players, I guess since we play on a keyboard/mouse a game that requires aiming skills is advantage enough. We are playing the very same match, doesn’t make any sense comparing if PS or PC is stronger, it’s about the gameplay.

Why do you believe console players are broke? Wtf i can bet you a billion dollars my console set up is as good if not better than yours. I have three monitors cause im a G lol. My headset is the best on the market. Just because a pc can perform better than my ps4 by a little bit dose not mean console players are broke. Gtfo with that logic.
im just going to weigh in here and say some one of the best preds I played against was PS4 and he shredded a primarily PC team.
Playing as predator on a PC or PS4 is fairly even.
Its the fireteam game that suffers on PS4.
I am not saying every single console player out there. I am saying the majority of console players are more casual then PC player and are not going to invest anywhere close to as much money in it.
