On topic, lol. I see it more as the Pred arrived on planet and hunted during the Sengoku Jidai (Fuedal Era) and was so impressed with the samurai he hunted that he added bits of their style and gear to himself as a sign of respect. Some preds have done this with Xenomorphs. When they do it with a European or Tribal culture people don’t go “why would a pred model itself after the Spartans or Celtics?” Why is a samurai less worthy of trophy honoring? They were the Spartans of their region.
