Maybe not everyone would start a thread about it, but I think quite a few here would be pissed about coming across a supposedly top player using cheats.

Scar I’m just tierd of “top players” using cheats. Don’t care if posting a clip of him doing it was right or wrong, perhaps some players out there will see this and think - fuck, mayby It wasn’t me being shit that game… mayby the guy who “won” was actually much worst than me…

First of all, I never said I’m a top at anything. I don’t have an ego to fill, I know what I’m capable of.
Unlike some ppl who brag here how they are good and top tier at this game, but they get melted in the game and the reality hits them in the face. I don’t care tbh, everyone can live in their own world for all I care.

Macros are cheats. Anything that is designed to circumnavigate gameplay mechanics is cheating.

I agree but you didn’t answered my question.
In some games, like SW:TOR, macro’s are forbidden by a rule and they have a system to detect, if you popped 5 abilities in 1 second, which isn’t possible to do, unless you use separate program.
And that’s bannable, cause it gives you advantage over other players.
But those are macro’s on another level, not even close to what ppl use in this game, that I know of.
The same function that my mouse has, turbo controllers have it for consoles. You basically remap an action to your button, let’s say pressing enter until your release the button and that’s it.
I have F button from my keyboard remmaped to my mouse, so I don’t have to smash my keyboard button 10 times, I just hold one button and it smashes F for me and that’s it, literally.
@Vargaresa has a video of it and it takes the same amount of time to get out of the net with keyboard and via mouse, so no advantage there.
Noone is gonna buy me a new keyboard if I break it down cause of this game, it’s gonna be me buying a new one, so yeah, instead of smashing my keyboard, I click on my mouse side button.
If I’m a cheater for having the same function as some console players on their turbo controllers, then sure, I’ll take the role I’ve been given.
