are we sure were counting 3 seconds properly with an actual reliable counter.

ingame 3 seconds feels more like 6 seconds , so simply counting 1,2,3 in your head our saying it, isnt accurate enough?

or does it just flat out not work even if you sprint for ages and ages?

Tested it even running for 10 seconds, with a timer. No change in damage, no matter how we long we sprinted. 3 seconds, 4 seconds, 6 seconds, 10 seconds, the damage never changes.
