It’s possible to actually be entitled to something considering this is an online only game with numerous egregious problems that cause major functionality issues(especially being on original ps4) my conscious will be clear if I were to ask for a refund for a game that hasn’t really delivered a complete game.

Indeed. I think they should scout several users, who are actually capable of constructive criticism, and have things discusses in a private forum. It would be more helpful for them and everyone playing the game in the long term.
