I just recently started practicing the art of the smart disc. Yesterday I had a couple of really funny matches using it. Collaterals with that baby never get old.
I did not know there was any difference between the two versions but luckily I opted for the ancient disc as it looks cooler.
I donât get it why you guys just easily gave up on all nerfs they did on this patch

Tbh i donât really like ancient disc , cuz itâs bigger than the normal one and obviously itâs not good
But yeah for now itâs the only option
Of course the smaller the disc, the more difficult to shoot it mid-air. Anyway, being the sneaky bastard that I am, I try to use the smart disc with the element of surprise. I did not notice the FT even trying to shoot it so far.
Besides I agree with your other statement regarding Illfonic being well advised to listen to their customers. If playing Predator loses its appeal, the game is equally dead as if the FT players stop playing.
Tbf , no one really tries to destroy the disc mid-air
I like the normal disc cuz itâs smaller and you have more view to see while controlling the disc which gives you a good advantage to aim better and hit targets more constantly

well thanks for giving illfonic the info it needs to nerf the ancient disc. now it just wont be useable at all. i enjoyed using disc but now i guess the pros will have to adapt to using the crossbolt gun

im not taking the other guys side, but i will say that against somewhat decent teams after 3.00 the disc is really the only effective ranged weapon aside from maybe the handheld caster and regular caster
