Also what defines a predator win? Last match I killed 3. Then last guy reinforced (fucking hate that) and then all 4 escaped. I apparently lost 🙄

Mate, it is not about zerker at all. I ve killed so many zerkers for now so i cant even count. They are so easily to kill when they are playing tanky. BTW it is pretty har to manage with smart predator, that is using all of his gear an playing smart. Zerker is fine now, he doesnt really need any buff or nerf, untill balance won`t change somehow.

well if we’re up against a good predator using a combo of range and the various pred tools and he’s playing smart they have been tough to beat, but i’ve won my fair share of fire team matches and that’s playing with random’s so no i don’t think the pred is too OP, skill level seems to make a big difference though when playing as either pred or fireteam. i’m admittedly not the best player, but i think the game is balanced for the most part.

Well I´ve gotten like 5-6/10 wins in patch 1.06… I play with randos all the time and sometimes I get a group of people that are into the game. Sometimes I get folks that I genuinely think are trolling, like they shoot at you to try and signal something, start shooting right out of the helicopter or go on their merry way to try and 1v1 the pred.
Overall I´ve had a lot of fun since matches have been a lot more intense where I see a lot more preds scouts and hunters. It is very satisfying to down a good pred
Disagree all you want, playing as the predator for me now is much easier and i always destroy the fireteam now!! Before the patch i was struggling alot. They used the parry 4 times on me, but if you are smart then you will throw the stick at them. You should be an experienced hunter… and act so quickly.
I just played a match as the berseker, i killed 3, let the fourth one call for reinforcements, and then destroyed the 4 of them easily!!

Plenty. I’ve seen a good mix of Predator and FT wins. All depends on the players. However I can say a lot of the Predator wins felt almost too easy. One player didn’t even really look like they knew what they were doing and they won just by going crazy with their wrist blades, lmao. But again, could also just chalk it up as poor tactics and strategy.
Hey. That is correct. Predators should play like you describe but if you do that you will find yourself rushing to fight at the extraction. That is just how it is. The matches are really quick and we have to engage and keep pressure on the fireteams. So many times I have tried to put pressure then fall back put more pressure then fal… oh S%@t the exfil has been called! It is because of this that I feel I have to rush in and engage the teams as soon as I find them.

I have no problem getting kills, and I play a long range style for predator. It has nothing to do with “getting better”, the reinforcements simply aren’t even needed. The team can get through the missions with two players easy, even one. Reinforcements should have to wait min 3-5 min before respawn. Absolutely stupid that you can bring someone back within such a short time. The only reason Fireteam escapes majority of the time is because of reinforcements, lol. Let’s reward players who suck for dying, by letting them come back to get all their XP.
Because the missions are too simplistic, and the AI is too shitty to make a challenge for 4 human people. People can complain about Pred all the want, but the game still caters to the FT on almost every aspect.
They shouldn’t even get reinforcements, lol. I’m sorry but if the team doesn’t wanna play the way a team should and they get merked, fuck em. Everything needs extended either way, match time, objective times. Games are way too quick, regardless of who you play as.
Today played a match and the Predator self-destructed. 3 Members left with the Chopper, one survived. So yes, we won.
Also I play most of the time as a Scout Predator. Playing videogames should be about having fun and a good time. Going in as a Berserker for the 10th time, knowing I’m going to win is boring. The fun as a Predator player is, finding a combination and playstyle, so you can win with every class.
