All we know is that it’s a visual effect and two weapons… Arnie could come with his own set of perks, armor and other items unique to him specifically.
I always figured they would make more gear / equipment choices for FT / Pred since they are currently things we can “Vvew” but not change- I.E: Knife (Granted, there’s a Legendary but there’s more room to expand), Wrist Computer on the loadout screen, Wrist Blades, etc etc.
I see the DLC payment as not for the DLC but to keep developing and improving the game with patches.
Arnie has already been paid and the assets already exist and are not really that hard to make/add to the game.
most of this time (one would hope) has been spent fixing bugs and correcting the bad game state and to keep sony on board with this they need the game to keep making money (sell some small easy to make stuff)

They best add hes voice for ingame so when pushing up on the D pad i can activate “get to the choppa” that alone is worth my money.

i honestly will have to say, i dont care how much the DLC for dutch is as it could be $0.5. i aint spending another cent until this games mechanics, optimization, balance issues, glitches/bugs have been addressed.

If it’s $5 agreed. Anything more and I’ll feel gauged… but the more I think about it the more I think they might do $8. They just need to be careful to avoid the “Evolve” trap where they sold a single monster at 1/3 the price of the game…

Dont mind it costing £11.99-£15.00 that way the less dutches out there the more unique playing with him in game it’ll be, better being a rarer character than every guy in the block having him.
