Correct but the topic is on the Jurassic Park version and the fish that it hunted irl were huge but still nothing compared to a rex hunting a trike

Big brain time, T-Rex fan boy paleontologists nerfed the Spino and created a chimera to keep the Rex as king. Most of what scientists say about the Spino is speculation as we don’t have a full skeleton (Other than the one that got bombed in WWII, and descriptions of that fossil look more closer to the JP3 Spino)

I think your correct in not having a complete adult skeleton, but it’s clear from numerous evolutionary traits what the Spinosaurus was adapting toward, and it was hunting fish in shallow water. It’s skull was long and tubular, it’s not going to “win” any fights IRL against T-Rex or Giga.
