About 3 seconds. Not long at all. When a pred is playing the long game and range hunting it’s very effective to keep spotting him. If the whole FT keeps pressing him he usually backs off.

It’s a good tactic. Pred players don’t like it because they wanna be the big bad all the time. If all the pred only players tried a few nights of FT I bet a lot of them would change their mind about spotting.

It might be over used on PC because spotting with a mouse would be super easy but on ps4 it’s just fine.

alot of them are now because of the challenges. its the first time ive played fireteam in earnest.
i noticed it didnt last very long.

Well maybe the challenges shouldn’t be to basically kill the pred. Make them mission orientated and it will take the FT focus off him.

It doesn’t last long at all. Preds just crying because they aren’t stealth enough.

ya the mission system needs tweaking admittedly it is totally secondary to finding veritanium and knifing the predator

Me and my friends play the mission. Only chase the pred if we second wind him and he just sprints instead of leaping away. Other than that we use his healing time to finish whatever objective we are on and re mud.

I play either side depending if I got a squad I know available. Predator shouldn’t know he’s been spotted. It would be more challenging for a Pred that can hunt. FT shouldn’t be able to see the spot outline after loosing sight. I’d like this classic sci-fi as close to the Pred story as possible.
