You’re using these numbers like you’re just standing in front of them going IGHT LIGHT ME UP. With this perk, you are taking significantly less damage in your hit and run, in your peeks with bow, so on and so forth. If you can’t understand that ignoring 27 percent of incoming damage is inherently strong, to the point they had to make it 6 points to make it at all balanced. I can’t help you. In apex, 2 characters have TEN percent mitigation. Less than half, almost a 3rd of this, and it’s considered extremely strong. You just have an opinion and refuse to think you might have been mistaken about it’s strength
