I opened another ticket to talk to them about it as the last one literally went no where. They basically said they would talk to Illfonic about it. I was like, “uhhhhh…” especially after the examples floating around on how affected players got their situation resolved. It’s not rocket science. Their support team really isn’t great, and I wish it wasn’t outsourced. Half the time I feel like there’s a slight language barrier.

Honestly, and it ain’t doing Illfonic any favors… the more it spreads outward, who is going to want to pay for dlc when they can’t even deliver on pre-order bonuses?
No shit! So long story short, I pre-ordered standard, wanted the deluxe. Because I had pre-ordered the standard I couldn’t buy deluxe when it was finally available before launch because of some bug. When I finally could, it was launch day. So I bought the deluxe thinking I could refund standard so I wouldn’t own two copies of the game. Well and I figured the preorder bonuses were tied to my account. They weren’t lmao, like wtf?! So when I originally asked one of their agents said I could try buying the standard again. Wtf? Lmao.
