I wish they had in depth stats like in friday 13. They could have different levels of composure that would make them less or more efficient to complete mission objectives while under pressure. We could aslo see a reduction of the accuracy for the same reason.

I suspect they might get those individual deep stats at some point, but right now, for the purposes of balancing the game, they dont have them. Who knows.
