From what I read, that was supposed to appear in AVP
It’s from an avp update in that game idk if it was supposed to appear in a film but it is reminiscent of Berserker’s mask from predators 2010

This predator is from a crossover event for soldiers inc, where you could have predator or alien clones and this predator was a elite.
