I watched the first match and it baffles my mind how someone can say they’re “part of the community” but handicap themselves so badly and accuse others of cheating when they obviously weren’t. Bro plays the wrong spec on Cleo, with no Medic, and chooses to use melee on a team that is obviously coordinated. Then bitches when he gets knifed to death by Dutch 87, who the second strongest melee in the game, who obviously has Bane and Heavy Hitter. That’s not cheating, bro. That’s Illfonic’s brilliant stacking at work.

Its very interesting how so many don’t actually know how the game works, and when we try and explain it to them they either ignore it or call us hackers or cheaters. And yeah I watched it over again and finished the whole video, and its clearly a skill issue. I’m hoping he’s gotten better since 2022, but this kind of play was literally new player status. Bad mix of perks on Cleo, wrong spec, melee in general, and who the hell engages uncloaked when there’s a bot right next to you? And then he Chris-Chan stress sighs the whole match because it put him in SW and nearly killed him several times. Yeah, he won the match, but it should have been over much faster and they should have never reinforced.

Honestly for me pred has to be glass cannon or die. You need to be able to do as much damage as you can as quickly as possible and get the fuck out as quickly as possible and you’ll still be melted.
Any class that you are thinking “I can tank the damage” is not gonna work against any decent player. Against potatoes even wristblades work.
Also, eldersword is trash. Pretty much almost every melee weapon is trash except for the hook and the sickle… and you are still better off using bow/pistol and wristblade combo
My go to loadout back then was Valky with sickle and bow, adrenal, medic and long jump.
I remember that match. I was stressed the fuck out.
I think it also helped that I started playing at its worse time, when specializations got introduced for FT and Pred had none. Pred queue times went down to 1 min and I figured “well now is a good time to give it a shot”.
That’s when quite a few “main FT” started playing pred… ironically, that’s also when “main preds” started playing FT. LMAO
What does this mean? Does it refer to a predator with high HP (Berserker, Mr.Black, etc.)?
It means if you are relying on a class stat of high hp thinking that’s gonna help you, you are very wrong and you are going to die.
There’s a reason why wolf is arguably the best class, it’s the fastest class, faster than scout, has decent HP and perk/gear points.
Thank you. I personally use Scar Stalker a lot. Wolf is definitely the best, but I like to carry traps.
I was using Celtic Assassin until a while ago, but I haven’t used it much since I heard that Assassin was having problems.
