It really depends on the situation. In the end, it may be best to have both a Medic and a Pouch.

Regardless, my approach is always go in and try to finish as fast as possible, if I die I die, I rarely used more than 2 healing kits and I avoid boars unless I know all FTās are far away. Though with the new stamina/speed adjustments from last patch I dunno how fast scout/recon/dutch87 can reach you. I bet there isnāt much difference.

ALSO, the game is biased towards the FT. It should take a dedicated squad coordination to take down a Predator. Its not a Predator, its a f#cking invisible cat that scratches, while FT members inject black tar h3roin over and over jumping around like the noobs they are.

Spending time getting stats and damages, just means you are special, special indeed. Very special if you are bragging about this shat, and LIViNG here as some desposed desperate housewife waiting for her husband to stop beating her and treat her right.

I almost always exclusively use Medic compared to pouch. The speed needed for healing from medkits and especially second wind canāt be compromised, especially if Iām being chased or need to get back into an engagement quickly. Since the entire goal of the game is to outdamage the other side, its better imo to be able to cause immediate pressure and weaken the FT as much as possible before needing to disengage and heal, and heal QUICKLY, to return to the fight and keep up the pressure. Running without Medic takes too much time.
I have some builds that have Medic/Pouch/Downrange, but those classes that can carry that many perks arenāt always the best. I run almost exclusively Wolf now, due to his speed, and I slap Adrenal on him to increase his stamina, along with Medic and Downrange.

And you know 100% that this person was intentionally cheating? You are for sure certain that he was intentionally using that exploit, and maybe either a) didnāt know what he was doing, or b) was a Dutch 87 with Bane and Heavy Hitter which causes that much damage from melee? My problem is youāre just so quick to judge. A lot of PHG players are when they donāt understand how the game works.
And I get that Cleo has those specs. But HP doesnāt mean shit in this game when the FT can outdamage you in minutes, and the melee passive is worthless when engaging in melee is bad play to begin with. Thatās why you kept getting lit up, thatās why the knife guy killed you, thatās why you almost lost to a BOT. Use your head, man.

Yes and yes. But you know what will happen if that happens? Nobody would play FT and pred queue times would be like half an hour for a match.
Yes the game is unbalanced, but that is a direct result of the potato playerbase. Only way to keep the game alive was to balance it so potatoe FTs would not die in 2 seconds and kept playing the game. Nobody cares about potato Preds because discouraging from playing is actually a good thing to keep the queue low. As much as it disappoints everyone, this game will never be balanced correctly as long as the skill gap between players is so massive.
Wanna play a ābalancedā game? Hop in a private match and adjust the shit to be more fair. I know a lot of people donāt like that but it is what it is

Hereās the deal with Dutch87 (He HAS the strongest melee potential)
Dutch87 has no melee buff, but, knife counts as āhipfireā and thus, has that passive bonus. On top of that, because of the nice amount of perk points he has, you can also stack bane and heavy hitter.
So what is D87 damage potential? 265HP in a single heavy melee attack if you stack him with bane and heavy hitter
By comparison, support, which has 8% melee buff, because of the low perk points you can either use bane or heavy hitter, but not both. Heavy hitter is 15%.
So
Knife heavy 190HP
190 * 1.15(heavy hitter) * 1.08 (support passive) = 236
Support can do up to 236HP on a single heavy attack
Isabelle has 8% melee buff and enough perk points to stack bane and heavy hitter, but 8% is still less than that 10% hipfire so
190 * 1.08 * 1.15 * 1.1 = 260
So Isabelle is the second best melee build at 260HP on a single heavy attack
Still, sheās not as fast as dutch87 and not nearly as strong (no mud damage resistance)
