The Jotun Predator has arrived!

Viewed by his own clan as a bloodthirsty aberration, the Jotun Predator lives for the sheer thrill of the kill rather than the honor of the hunt. He is defined by his brutality and savagery. Despite possessing an arsenal far superior to his prey, he rejects advanced plasma weaponry, priding himself instead on raw physical dominance. Not even a grave injury in close-quarters combat could halt his rampage; he became one of the first Yautja to utilize prototype cybernetics to replace a severed hand. Centuries ago, Norsemen mistook the Jotun Predator for the mythological beast Grendel—a living nightmare that simply refused to die.

This DLC pack includes the Jotun Predator premium class, as well as early access to the new Shock Gauntlet Predator weapon.

Shock Gauntlet

The Jotun Predator’s Shock Gauntlet is a primal showcase of Yautja weaponsmithing. By combining crude mechanical cranks with advanced plasma integration, the gauntlet generates high-intensity ultrasound pulses that manifest as a debilitating sonic field. This blast forcefully knocks back targets and breaks enemy formations, opening them up for brutal close-quarters combat. Even in its prototype stages, the Shock Gauntlet was shown to totally decimate the defenses of its wielder’s prey.

Grendel seems really good exept energy.
Good work.

his energy might be the worst in the game lol

Actually, it’s from my emails with illfonic, but it was in response to your video if you’re curious. All you did with the video was show many people how to cheat, and it ruined months of gameplay.
I also talked with them about the feral and some other preds.

GJ Illfonic!

cry me a river

Mm… was it really worth selling out this community, for $2 in ad revenue?
Is inflation really that bad down in Brazil, where $2 is a gold mine?

didnt do for any money, it was asked by gesp so illfonic would become aware of it

a lot of the community is toxic, so you guys can eat shit and die for all i care

I’m just loving the fact that you don’t see the irony in what you type.

  • emote wheel roars are still bugged

  • knife exploit is fixed

  • map exploits are not fixed

  • oni’s cloak is still bugged

  • the shock gauntlet can be used while jumping

  • the shock gauntlet has the same effect on enemy preds in clash as on fireteam

  • an ungodly amount of arrows can be wedged into the facial and rectal areas of the jotun predator

It’s actually a really good weapon. It’s reloadable, infinite, with 3 shots in each clip.
You have to be physically standing (not aiming) towards them for it to count.
It can be paired with the slam, making it quite formidable.
You can use it while in a short jump, but not a long jump.

If you use the blast on a downed player enough, there’s a chance they just get blown away into the sky for good. It’s hilarious. It really ought to be nerfed though. You could take down a ft just by spamming this thing.

The health of the jotun seems kinda sucky. I’m not sure if I’ll play it, but rather just use its weapon on another class.

How about you fix the full screen resolution option? There’s no exclusive Fullscreen, only windowed Fullscreen and those two are not the same.

Or I dunno, fix one shot one kill bug with the spear?
