As a medical professional (or at least ex-medical professional, but we don’t talk about that), I would reccomend a healthy dose of elder/stalker as well as moving yo ass when shot at lol
Idk if he had aimbot, but in general pc players are just a bunch of whiney bitches, which is why i just see the crossplay button as a ‘toxic tryhard mode’ option.

That guy in the video wasn’t hacking.
He was just using the 7EN not the SAWZ-50 so it looked like he had modified the fire rate.

The 7EN also has surprisingly high hip fire accuracy, and the guy was using Assault so already had passive action hero bonus.
