So donāt understand why this is news to anyone! DC sucks compared to Marvel in the comic book movie department. Mainly Live action movies some animated ones as well! Mehh!!!
DC comics are also great due to either be great singles or they build a great world story to be invested in!
Movies however, mehhh. Every New DC movie after the Dark Knight Trilogy has been horrible.
They had a minor saving Grace with the First WW movie but even managed to fuck that up with the anti climactic final Battle and the horrible cgi on Ares!!
So The DC movies really just need to stop.

They are talking about changing the name of the punisher to be politically correct , they want to change the name of the x-men aswell.
Loki is just weird , he is in love with a female version of himself and he is meant to be bisexual in season 2 .
Thor? Replaced by a woman in the comics and pretty much replaced by a woman in the next movie. Wokevel incoming.

Tbh are there really mcu animated movies sure into the spider verse but name another. I cant!! Not off the top of my head!!
Older DC animated movies are way better the last few years have been hit or miss.
Dark Apocalypse War was cool due the gore but the plot was sub par.
The two latest Constantine movies mehā¦ plot suckedā¦
Dawn of Superman was alright.

No Marvel has done a few movies. Avengers stuff, Hulk vs. Wolverine, Planet Hulk.
New DC stuff is good though, least the last 10 years. War, Flashpoint Paradox, all those were awesome

Hated apokolips war. the gore wasnāt even good it was just 5 second cameos of DC characters before they get cut in half without saying a word. And all these movies are obsessed with harley quinn for some reason, sheās the anti-villain wonder woman at this point. Anytime you see her you know 20 min of the movie will be dedicated to her subplot.

So I watched the movie yesterday and I gotta say it was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. There were some things that were a bit annoying here and there like Harley for example being kind of useless but overall I thought the movie was fun and enjoyable if you turn your brain off for a bit.
