I think the predator is way to weak it needs a buff…

Energy bar wasn’t nerfed. You might be playing with the 87 predator which is either bugged or purposely has way less energy regen/bar.

Or, you could just take all of those exact same perks, and use the hunter class for significantly more hp. THe only thing the scout gets is slightly higher move speed and staming. It doesn’t gain any increased damage inherently for ranged weapons like the berserker does for melee weapons. There’s absolutely just no reason to use the class over hunter.

A lot of yall bringing up the movies how the Preds died super easily in those “oh it only took this to like blah blah blah” yeah in the same movies it took 1 swipe with the wrist blade to kill someone, so why’s it take more than 20 with an elder blade to even down someone? We talking about the same Preds that took 6 frag grenades to the face and treated it like it was almost nothing? Or how a out the one that got his ass lit up by I wanna say 5 or more guys and he just shrugged it off? Or how about we bring the other medias that have Predator in it, where they are literally the definition of overpowered? Now I ain’t wanting much, I just think the Preds should have a bit more health not much just around 25 to 50% more and Increase their melee damage by 25 to 75% I’m no kidding you when i say i hit someone 20 times with the elder blade and it didnt even down him. All the other stuff is up for debate, the predator is honestly just a tomato right now going up against a damn chainsaw.

There may be other hidden bonuses for scout that everyone isn’t aware of yet.
If that’s the case it’s even worse. Nothing about a class you unlock should be ‘hidden’. The berserkers description straight up says what it does, heavier melee attacks, and slower traversal, and shows it’s health/stam/speed/gear allotment. If there is something ‘hidden’ on how the scout predator class works that’s the worst design choice I’ve ever seen.

An just because he killed the predator in the movie humans are designed to win in these movies just like Batman Batman never loses in his movies Comics he is a character that designed to win. if it was real life humans wouldn’t stand a chance against the species like this and yes it’s a game that needs balance humans are not Superior to this but yes for humans with guns will gun. Predator down the problem is the lack of stealth and how easily it is to see his cloak I see the only biggest problem is the way people play as a fireteam they jump around like bunnies and hide in the buildings we have four of them in there there’s not much you can do within a 15-min match

The predator should be buffed if anything he’s a 7 foot tall being with peak/human strength hell they should add a last stand thing with the last fire team member the predatir removes his helmet and do one on one combat knife vs wrist blade but the game is over all fun just need to be better for the predatir

I was told along with better speed, stamina, quieter steps, longer jumps scout heat vision is better in some way but I have not tested yet.
Like maybe it takes less energy? I will mess around with it later and see.

Buffs and nerfs are something that we can expect in the future. There are much bigger fish to fry.
From when I used it there was no noticeable difference. There’s not much point in using heat vision for extended periods anyway unless it’s while hunting people down through the forest because it’s energy cost is so negligible to begin with, and it just makes your eyes glow giving away your position.
