The FT does not need honor, they are humans. It is the Predator’s guild. If you read any comics from them, that’s part of their culture. Predators that don’t fight with honor are considered a disgrace to their kind.

He probably knows that but in this game you rarely find a pred that abides by it 😂

I understand that but this is a game how would you quantify what’s honorable and what’s dishonorable. Hell in the original movie JH killed nearly everyone by hiding or from the back and the only two he had an honorable duel with were Dutch and Billy.
They do though try it out yourself, NPCs ruin a lot of good trap placements.
I know is a game. Everybody does whatever they want. They play like that, I call them cowards. See? LOL
Anyway, I have had some really nice matches with “honorable” predators who when I am left alone, go hand to hand with me when I call them out for shooting me from a distance. They always win, but at least it makes the match more fun.
I think smart disk shouldn’t be destroyable and the combi stick sound days as not destroyable. But I think all Predator gear should be destroyable but more uses 3 bear traps are ridiculous low. Also make them harder to see they currently have a light reflection field around them.

Use Dexterous to get out of traps faster, Also get ready to parry when you get trapped, start spamming the melee button as quick as you can.
Honestly the dexterous perk is kinda useless. It just shortens the time by like 30%. If it takes you 3 seconds to get out of a trap, with that perk is gonna take you about 2. Not a big difference IMO
There are only just a handful of objectives that benefit from that dexterous perk.

Fair, it has saved my life in a good amount of situations though.
I’m saying that the gear should be destroyable, but not the weapons. (Basically switch the smart disc and bear trap for destructability. Please read first.)
Getting caught in a trap implies that I walked into it. I had a bear trap thrown on me. and as a predator, killing a defenseless prey that isn’t part of the trophy taking is dishonorable. Had he just downed me, it would be scummy, but not too disgraceful, but to keep shooting someone who can’t fight back is disgraceful.

My bad must’ve misread that, I’m not disagreeing with you that it is a bit scummy but in the end they lose out on xp, and bait. I agree that only pred gear should be destructible and be more tactical.
I can confirm now, yes, the trap is a bug. The arc creates a force field that stops bullets
You where armed and had ammo and can look around and assuming your team mates where around I would’ve done the same thing not to mention have u seen any pred movie there’s barely any melee honor is about lvling the playing field so it’s fair if you had a knife and he was using ranged it’s dishonorable but hunting prey ranged is fine if they can also fight with ranged if you can shoot he can shoot if he could only melee you wile 4 of your buddies are watching no way that’s fair but shooting is fine if you where playing a good ft you should’ve shot him multiple times bacc
You can’t “look around” when you are trapped. Your movement is limited to less than 180 degrees. If the trap caught you sideways to the pred… you’re fck
You have 4 members and your view is limited but you can still shoot if he tried to melee and I was assuming he was across infront of you
he’s clearly saying the pred was shooting arrows from a distance when he was trapped. No melee.
Anyway, I do not find that to be dishonorable, lol
When you throw a trap to the last FT member and go for plasma caster… yeah… you are a sh*t pred, lol
