These are questions we should be asking, clearly anything that involves the future is untalkable to them, but if we work around it and give them something to answer it’s a lot more fun that way. Like when I asked about the Alien Fireteam game they seemed a hint of salty? Idk it was rhe way they answered that question that they couldn’t even say the games name 😅😅😅

Too blunt just ask very well though questions sometimes they’ll answer especially when it’s a friend or fellow gamer especially fans or your community they’re people too plus they’re pretty mannered and just wanna nerd out I’m definitely down with that plus to grow with these guys is gonna be pretty cool

I get the sense they’re less tired of getting the questions and more tired/frustrated they can’t answer them. That’s just me though.

I’m sort of worried about how they worded the future tho:

“We have to wait for ps blog posts to announce anything”. What if they aren’t going to post anymore PHG stuff?

Seemingly having little to no control over their own game.

Sucks really to put so much work into it and not be able to tell your playerbase.

Here we go again with the “get excited!” Stuff that is underneath a cloth that is dangled infront of the communities face :(

Money talks and surely they are making their money if they tease or not.

But fuck man, would like to get excited… over something…

I definitely don’t see that as the case. Sony is the publisher, they’re getting a cut. I can’t imagine them saying “screw promotion” for it and not canceling the game all together. If anything I think it’s better overall is Sony said screw the blog because it might allow illfonic to loosen their lips a little bit and interact with the community with Q&A on future content

The playerbase is maybe declined more than anybody thought , if the numbers aren’t there to cover and profit over what is spent? They fucked it up for themselves , you couldn’t come any slower out of the gate when the hype and excitement is at its highest

I’m not too happy about that considering I wanted to reach the million mark, but I do believe the only way to help the Field Locker situation is to bring down the cost of items to fit the decrease in money coming from the Field Lockers

They haven’t made sense in a while , 7.5k for something you need to pay 25k for . Its not about making profit V , but they are trying to keep people playing through artificially making it a grind for cosmetics , instead of putting actual content in to keep you playing
