Doesn’t look like I did anything at all that match. Doesn’t look like you did any damage either. Jeez. Talking with you is like going down a rabbit hole of nonsense. It’s so transparent, it’s funny to watch those who believe your bs.
Oh I just play for fun. The gauntlet is for tryhards, and I rarely use it against anyone else. Mostly I use my keybind to melee while invisible (canon) just b/c it freaks people out and I find their reactions hilarious.
If I did use the gauntlet against you, I probably saw PDLs, PC players in your team, lots of medics, or you were nailing me halfway across the map while invisible at night. I keep it for cheaters and tryhards. A lot easier to bust someone out of a glitched spot with it, than any other weapon. That being said, I’m sure there are games where I use it just b/c I’m bored. Play only twice a month though so it shouldn’t effect anyone.
Can you define “tryhards”. What do you mean by that?
I use the gauntlet sometimes too. Usually I use it when I’m in a bad mood and just want to troll. I’m pretty sure you’re using it for the same reason as the rest of the community. :)

Can I give examples? Oh yeah.
4 medics is a tryhard team. People glitching inside mountains/buildings are tryhards. Premade PC teams are tryhards. Those who shoot you across the map at night when you’re invisible are tryhards. People who spam PDLs all over the map are tryhards. I’ll spam that gauntlet just to mess with them. Otherwise, I rarely if ever use the gauntlet even though I bring it with me. Sometimes with my button mapping it does come out when I don’t want it though, but meh. If I do use it against people trying to have fun, I’ll just use it once and then use other weapons for a while (not spamming).
The last few months whenever I play I’m mostly just trying to get kills with the wrist launcher. It’s so much fun. That, or invisible melee; running around, slashing them in dense foliage when they can’t see you. I’ll lose a game just to have fun between those two, as I don’t really care when low on HP anymore.
It sounds like I may have met you when I was testing out a new build, seeing how quickly I can recover from slam, and keep doing it.

The people who glitch don’t try to kill me. They’re just wasting time, farming useless points, day after day.
Tryhards are people who use everything possible (often cheats, glitches, macros and poor sportsmanship) to win the match. They’re also people who don’t stop playing the game lol.
This isn’t a game about skill anymore. It’s a race for whoever can exploit the game the most, to get minor endorphins. That’s why I just play for fun. Big endorphins.

This is basically the nature of every PvP(vE). Just recently got into Arc Raiders for a change of pace from this shitshow. That, and the maps are stellar there, but turns out PC has more wallhacks and exploits there, than this game used to have. So, whatever nonsense you’re about to experience here, can and will be far worse elsewhere.

Oh yeah. Popular PC games are just notoriously rife with skiddies. The people smart enough to make hacks, don’t actually use them. The people who sell them, found out from a friend how to do something neat. Then every loser from timbucktoo buys them thinking they’re hot shit on a virtual video game. Has been that way since the internet was up.
