Yeah. They still haven’t fixed the technician guy not spawning at the drug camp which just completely breaks the mission.

But honestly until balance gets to a better spot the results wont really show an accurate skill level.

Or maybe them adding a ranked system and seeing ft wins in thst mode might actually get them to see the balance issues.

It’s no absolutely ok. Get parried once and you die to coordinated teams.

Also I’m not getting parried. I’m doing the parrying lol and it’s broken

Well I don’t get parried because I play range but parry isn’t broken if there was no parry in the game it would not even be fair lol but I play range so as Predator so me getting parried is very unlikely lmao

I agree with field medic getting removed but dex is a great perk nothing wrong with that.

Nah, it allows ft to finish missions too quickly.
Interactions should never be as fast as they are with dextrous.

I agree but also I think the real issue is just how the missions are designed that allows them to be speed run. Not dynamic at all. Game needs a fundamental rework IMO

This as well.
The missions themselves provide no challenge.
The missions should feel like wildlands on the highest difficulty.

Even without parries, as long as the team stays within about 15m of each other AND doesn’t lose line of sight, melee doesn’t really have the DPS to straight up jump in and get a kill.

Another fireteam advantage issue with parries is the ability to do damage and get a parry. If parries were limited to being a defensive only mechanic, that would help a lot.

That being said, I think that for protection in 1v1 situations, parries need to remain until a better system can replace it.

Without parries, there is a bit of a snowballing effect, whether or not you may think that’s a good thing.

I would like for the mission objectives for Fireteam to be more of a challenge. They’re boring.
Which is why I usually just hunt the Predator if I play Fireteam because it’s sometimes the only thing that feels challenging & rewarding.

Make the mission’s how Terminator Resistance had it’s hacking mini game, GTA V, Friday the 13th, Rage Anarchy Edition with the timed L3-R3 pressing at the same time kinda thing.

They definitely need to last longer, min of 5 minutes, but if they’re more challenging, they need to be more rewarding. Like gameplay rewarding, not xp or veritanium. Otherwise, everybody will forgo the mission to hunt the predator.

I agree, but there will always be groups who only want to fight pred.

As long as pred can take advantage of it, then I’m all for it.

Parry is the only fair way for the FT to defend against a melee predator without it the game would be so unbalanced and the trash no skill rush down vikings and berserkers with fearless and broken alpha sickle or elder sword can actually beat a good because of no parry to defend with and then think they are actually good. I think it’s fine how it is punish the Predators who don’t try to hunt with the parry.

If the team sticks very close and has decent accuracy, it’s not as effective as you would think. I agree that melee doesn’t take much skill, but three or more fireteam players can wind you faster than you can kill one person with ONLY melee.

Personally, I’m okay with that. I think all predators should have to use both ranged and melee to be effective.

Unfortunately, you’ll never have that level of cohesion in a solo or duo queue.

If the predator gets second winded because he got parried that is his fault time your attacks actually hunt the team melee when you can swipe and get away. I don’t really melee it is rare.
